These standard pan racks come in several types.

Choose from among the following:

Use a universal pan rack when you need a rack that holds trays of many sizes. These universal racks come with 5-inch polyurethane U-swivel casters.

All welded for the most durability, the heavy duty racks have 1 ¼-inch heavy wall uprights. The oval-tray racks hold 18" x 26" pans, 12" x by 20" steam table pans and oval trays.

Choose our adjustable model or the double Queen Mary with 6 3/8-inch runners for oval trays.

For highest quality pan racks, choose from our stainless steel series. Constructed of type 304 16-gauge stainless steel, these racks stand up to the toughest jobs.

Choose end-load or side-load racks in polished steel or mill finish.

For smaller jobs, choose the half-size rack with a mill finish. The half-size rack stands 38 inches tall. Choose an open top or a stainless steel top for this rack.

All racks come with 5-inch polyurethane swivel casters.

Just what is a speed rack?

Glad you asked! A speed rack is a rack designed to be versatile. It holds polymer food boxes and sheet pans.

Choose tray spacing of 1 inch or 1 ½ inches in the open top and open bottom racks.

Each rack comes with 5" casters, in plate style or expandable stem style.

Choose a standard or heavy duty enclosed cabinet. All welded construction makes these units durable.

Each cabinet comes with a stainless steel gravity latch drilled for a padlock. For easy access to the contents, the door opens 270 °.

Standard cabinets include 5" x 2" casters. For more mobility on rough surfaces, choose six-inch casters.

These wire side racks hold trays by the sides. The runners are constructed of bright zinc wire.

The racks themselves consist of heavy-wall 1 ¼" frames for maximum durability.
